Dolce is excited to celebrate our 10th Anniversary this year! Nestled in the heart of Rancho Santa Fe, the restaurant has become a place where families and friends come and share stories over a glass of wine and a good meal. When coming to Dolce, newcomers and regulars are always warmly welcomed and treated like family. This cozy ambiance combined with local, rustic, wine country inspired cuisine and an extensive wine list, make Dolce a one-of-a-kind destination.
We takes great pride in using only the freshest ingredients. Most of the produce is organic and much of it is sourced from local farms with sustainable practices, as we strongly believes in supporting the community. All menu items are scratch-made in house by Chef Kendra Karalis.
Unfortunately, founder Tony Smith unexpectedly passed away in 2017. Known by his friends as the “King of Hearts,” Tony truly poured his heart into Dolce. Tony’s wife, Erin Smith, is now at the helm of the restaurant that Tony built. With the help of an amazing managing partner, Courtney Macdonald, and the entire staff at Dolce, Erin is committed to continuing to honor her late husband’s legacy through the restaurant they both love.
As Dolce celebrates 10th year, its future is bright for this Rancho Santa Fe establishment. Erin and her team will be celebrating Dolce’s tenth anniversary all year, so join Dolce monthly to enjoy the celebrations.
